Which sleep plan is right for you?

We offer a free 15 minute sleep health & wellness check to discuss your families sleep. From this Emily will be able to suggest whether you need any further support and outline which sleep plan is appropriate for your family.

From bump – 5 months

Starting Sleep

£75.00

  • 1hr phone consultation.
  • Safe sleep overview & guidance.
  • Help creating the perfect newborn sleep environment.
  • Detailed information on what to expect & when from your little ones sleep.
  • Gentle strategies to improve your little one’s sleep during both the day & night.
  • Tips & tricks to encourage positive sleep habits.
  • An understanding of what is ‘normal’ when it comes to newborn sleep & how to best support this.

5 months – 7 years

Sleep Smoothly

£150.00

  • A 30 minute phone/teams call to talk discuss your personalised sleep plan & make any adaptations as needed.
  • A 4-6 step sleep plan covering 24 hours a day for your little one.
  • Our sleep workbook including sleep tips, advise on forming positive sleep habits, sleep averages & sleep goals.
  • A 15 minute refining call to answer any questions about future sleep following the completion of your sleep plan.

5 months – 7 years

Sleep Skilfully

£250.00

  • A 1 hr phone consultation to discuss the proposed sleep plan and make adaptations to your preference including a review of different sleep techniques to find the right approach for your family.
  • A 4-6 step sleep plan covering 24 hours a day for your little one.
  • Our sleep workbook including sleep tips, advise on forming positive sleep habits, sleep averages, sleep goals & advise on improving parental sleep.
  • 2 hours worth of follow up calls  to be used within 6 weeks of starting the sleep plan. These can be split as necessary but usually as weekly 20 minute check ins.

5 months – 7 years

Sleep Soundly

£400.00

  • A 90 minute phone/location dependant home visit consultation where I conduct a detailed assessment of your current sleep situation. 
  • A review of different sleep techniques to find the right approach for your family.
  • A personalised 24 hour sleep plan created with adapted copies for nursery/other carers to follow.
  • Our sleep workbook including sleep tips, advise on forming positive sleep habits, sleep averages, sleep goals & advise on improving parental sleep.
  • 4 hours worth of  follow up calls to be used within the first 3 months following the sleep plan.
  • Unlimited email/text support for 3 months providing follow up advise & guidance.
