What I do...

Hello, I’m Emily a Norland Nanny, holistic sleep coach & owner of Diddi Dreamers. Diddi Dreamers is a southwest based sleep coaching consultancy which provides holistic, evidence-based sleep solutions to tired families worldwide. I work virtually alongside my clients to establish an effective sleep plan that supports the whole family. My goal is to help your families sleep whilst also nurturing family relationships. My aim is to provide parents with the skills & confidence to make positive changes to their child’s sleep.

My approach is a bit different to many traditional sleep coaches as I do not believe in using cry it out methods. Whilst I cannot promise that there will be no tears during your sleep plan (crying is a natural response to the unknown for a baby). I can promise that as a parent you will always be able to comfort your baby or child whenever they’re upset during the plan.

We can’t thank Emily enough for all of her help. We have been really struggling with our little girls sleep.
