How it works...

Hi, I’m Emily a Mummy, Norland Nanny & holistic sleep coach. Before I had my own son Diddi Dreamers was my baby. Through years of nannying & supporting families with their children’s sleep I have been able to improve the sleep of hundreds of families from around the world.

My main goal for Diddi Dreamers is to create a service where any family in need can access specialist sleep support. This philosophy has helped create the basis of Diddi Dreamers. I offer individual 1:1 support through a variety of avenues. Whether a one off call, bespoke baby sleep plan or access of one of my pdf’s improving your child’s sleep can be tailored to both your sleep issues & budget.

All of the sleep advice given to families will align not only with my Norland training but also with that of the Holistic Sleep Coaching programme where I trained. This means that you will never be advised to let your child ‘cry it out’ or to ‘leave them alone upset to self settle’. Instead I will help teach you & your baby how to build skills relating to confidence & trust to create long lasting improvement to sleep for the whole family.

What we do...

Diddi Dreamers is a southwest based consultancy who provide holistic, evidence-based sleep solutions to tired families worldwide. I work alongside our clients to establish an effective sleep plan that supports the whole family. Our goal is to create sleep solutions that nurture relationships whilst giving parents the skills & confidence to make positive changes to their child’s sleep.
